TIME TO HAVE A COFFEE BREAK! LET’S TALK OVER COFFEE!!
Today, I will introduce the shop where I have visited on 27th Mar 2016 first time.
FORGET ME NOT COFFEE is located in Umeda, Osaka. They are close from Osaka station so you can get there by walk.
This building called “THE PLACE”, they have other shops which is “restaurant & wine bar” and “gallery” in same building.
This shop is open as a coffee stand and you can drink or take out a latte or pure over coffee. About pure over coffee, they purchasing coffee beans from some other coffee roasters so you can try some other beans in this shop.
And at the night that cafe space will be the bar, you can drink wain or alcohols in there.
About roasting, I am not sure where are they purchasing the coffee beans for espresso, anyway they do not have roasting machine inside the shop. However that building is looks stylish so you maybe can enjoy this place for take a coffee break in there.

今日は2016年3月27日に初めて伺ったお店の紹介をします。
FORGET ME NOT COFFEEさんは大阪の梅田にあり、大阪駅から歩いてすぐの場所にあるお店です。このお店はTHE PLACEという建物内にあり、THE PLACEには他にレストラン&ワインbar、ギャラリーも併設されております。
このお店はコーヒースタンドとして営業されており、ラテやドリップコーヒーを持ち帰りもしくは店内で提供しております。このお店のドリップコーヒーの豆は何店舗かの豆を置いておりますので、その中から選んで飲むことが出来ます。また、カフェスペースは夜になるとBarになるため、ワインやアルコール類を楽しむことが出来ます。
焙煎や焙煎機に関しては、エスプレッソに使用されている豆が自家焙煎なのか、どこかのロースターから仕入れているかはわかりませんが、お店の中には焙煎機はありませんでした。店内はとてもおしゃれな空間になっていますので、是非訪れてみてください。
