TIME TO HAVE A COFFEE BREAK! LET’S TALK OVER COFFEE!!
Today, I will introduce the coffee shop where I have visited on 20th Feb 2016 first time.
Unir is one of famous coffee shop in Japan and they located in Kyoto aria. I went Osaka’s shop at the first and then went to the Kyoto head store at 25th Feb 2018.
Currently, Unir has 6 shops in Japan so you can find that shop in Kyoto, Osaka, Nagoya and Tokyo area. Please try to find the shop where close from your home or visiting spot.
They are handling a lot of Specialty coffee in this shop so you can choose many type of coffee from there. You might find the coffee which is mach for your feeling.
And Unir has many Barista who leaving good result at the Barista champion ship, you may have a good coffee from them if you are lucky.
About Roasting machine, they are using Loring Smart Roaster in this shop. That roasting machine is in the Kyoto head store, if you want to check that roasting machine please go that head store.

今日は2016年2月20日に初めて伺ったコーヒー屋さんの紹介をします。
Unirさんは日本でも有名なお店の中の一店舗で、主に京都エリアにお店があります。最初に伺ったのは大阪の店舗でしたが、2018年2月25日には京都本店の方にも伺いました。
最近ではUnirさんは国内に6店舗展開しており、主に京都エリアですがその他にも大阪、名古屋、東京にも出店されております。ですので、是非お近くのお店を探して伺ってみてください。
お店には数多くのスペシャルティコーヒーが並んでおり、その中から自分に合ったコーヒーを選ぶことが出来ると思います。
また、Unirさんはバリスタの大会で成績を残されているバリスタさんがいらっしゃるので、運が良ければその方々の淹れたコーヒーを頂くことが出来ます。
