TIME TO HAVE A COFFEE BREAK! LET’S TALK OVER COFFEE!!
Today, I will introduce the shop where I have visited on 17th April 2016 first time when I went to Taiwan.
Fika Fika Cafe is located in Taipei, Taiwan. You can take a train to get there. They have another shop currently and it is called Fika Fika cafe Sunshine store, please try to find on the website if you like to go.
This shop is nordic style coffee and cafe because the owner of this shop won the nordic style barista championship on 2013. So you can try nordic style in Taiwan in this shop.
You can find many type of specialty coffee beans in this shop or many type of espresso based drink or other food. Hope you can find the coffee with nice food in this shop.
About roasting machine, I could not see the roasting machine but on the website, I could see they can use Joper which I never saw in Japan. If anyone know other shop where using Joper roasting machine, I would like to know. Anyway, it is nice to taste the coffee which roasted by this machine if you never had before.

今日は2016年4月17日に台湾に行った時に初めて伺ったお店の紹介をします。
Fika Fika Cafeさんは台湾の台北市にあるカフェです。電車で行くことができ、最近ではFika Fika Cafe Sunshine storeというお店がもう一店舗台北市内にあるようです。そちらのお店にはバスか車で行く必要がありそうですが、興味がある方は一度チェックしてみてください。
このお店ではノルディックスタイルを体験することができます。なぜならこのお店のオーナーさんが2013年のノルディックスタイルバリスタの大会で優勝されているからです。
また、お店ではたくさんのスペシャルティーコーヒーやエスプレッソベースのドリンクと一緒にスイーツなどを楽しむことができますので、是非観光のついでにこのお店で休憩されてみてはいかがでしょうか？
焙煎機に関しては、お店で直接みることができなかったものの、ホームページにも掲載されているようにJoperというメーカーの焙煎機を使用されております。このメーカーは日本ではみたことがなく、もしどなたか使用されているお店をご存知でしたら教えて頂けると幸いです。是非一度Joperで焙煎されたコーヒーを体験してみたいです。
