TIME TO HAVE A COFFEE BREAK! LET’S TALK OVER COFFEE!!
Today, I will introduce the shop where I have visited on 25th Jun 2016 first time.
Honolulu Coffee is big coffee company which you can see in some countries. I would like to introduce because they had a huge roaster machine inside in this Honolulu shop and they also had a lab inside the shop.
They are serving a coffee which from KONA, where is famous coffee farm area in Big Island, Hawaii.
This shop is really spacious so you can enjoy and relax with KONA coffee with some foods.
About roasting machine, they are using PORBAT and it’s placed center of this shop. So you can see the roasting machine from any angles and also you can see during having a coffee break if you are roasting machine lover.
This shop have a coffee laboratory inside the shop. Not many coffee shop are having laboratory inside there shop, it is good opportunity to see the lab if you like how they are checking or cupping each coffee beans.

今日は2016年6月25日に初めて伺ったお店の紹介をします。
今日紹介するHONOLULU COFFEEさんはチェーン展開しており、日本やカナダにも展開しているお店なのですが、大きな焙煎機が店内にあったり、コーヒーラボが店内にあったので、面白いお店だと思い紹介させて頂きます。
お店ではハワイブランドとしてはとても有名なコナコーヒーももちろん提供されており、広い店内でフードと一緒にゆっくり楽しむ事ができます。
焙煎機に関しては、とても大きなPROBATが店内の中央に設置されており、色々な角度から焙煎機を見る事ができます。もしあなたが焙煎機好きであれば、面白いかと思います。また、焙煎も普段されているので、コーヒーを飲みながら焙煎作業を見る事もできます。
また、このお店ではコーヒーラボが店内にあり、カッピングの様子やどのように彼らがコーヒーをテストしているか？カッピングしているか？を見る事もできます。このようなコーヒーラボはいくつか有りますが、このお店のように店内に併設しているところはあまり見かけないように思います。興味がある方は是非一度伺ってみてください。テスト焙煎機も数台あったので、面白いと思います。
