TIME TO HAVE A COFFEE BREAK! LET’S TALK OVER COFFEE!!
Today, I will introduce the place where I have visited on 29th Jun 2016 first time.
COFFEE GALLERY is located in North Shore in Oahu island. They are located inside NORTH SHORE MARKETPLACE so if you visited there place try to find this coffee shop and have a nice coffee break in there.
This shop are offering some healthy snacks, coffee items and of cause coffee drinks which is espresso based. You can take a sheet or takeout with nice coffee if you like.
They are using nice coloring espresso machine. After I saw this espresso machine, I become interested in espresso machines.
About the roasting machine, they had a vintage roasting machine inside the shop however I couldn’t check the details of this machine actually, so if you know about there machine, I would like to know it.

みなさんこんにちは！今日もTalk over coffeeをチェック頂きありがとうございます。最近更新率が下がっていますが、継続していきますので、どうぞ御付き合いください。
さて、今日は2016年6月29日に初めて伺ったお店の紹介をします。
COFFEE GALLERYさんはオアフ島のノースショアエリアにあるノースショアマーケットプレイス( NORTH SHORE MARKETPLACE)にあるコーヒー屋さんです。もしノースショアに訪れるタイミングがあれば、ぜひお店に行ってみてください。
このお店ではヘルシーなスナックやコーヒーグッズと一緒にコーヒーのドリンクを提供しており、店内で楽しむこともできます。もちろんテイクアウトもする事ができるので、コーヒーを飲みながらマーケットプレイス内を探索するのも楽しいと思います。コーヒーは基本的にはエスプレッソベースのメニューとなります。
このエスプレッソマシンがとても印象に残っており、このマシンをみてからエスプレッソマシン自体にも少しづつ興味を持つようになりました。
焙煎機に関しては、店内に上の写真のビンテージな焙煎機が展示してあったのですが、このマシンの詳細を確認することはできなかったので、もしご存知の方は是非教えて頂けると助かります。伺った当時は排気ダクトなどもなかったので現在使用されているかもわかりませんでした。
次回ハワイに行った際には再度お店に行ってしっかりと確認したいと思います。
