TIME TO HAVE A COFFEE BREAK! LET’S TALK OVER COFFEE!!
Today, I will introduce the coffee shop where I have visited on 21st Feb 2016 first time.
little island is located in Sayama city, Osaka. This shop is kind of cafe where doing the roasting by themselves. You can walk from “Osaka Sayama-shi” station and this shop is close from the lake Sayama.
You can choose some type of specialty coffee or espresso based coffee with some sweets. You can eat some cake, cookie, or lunch plate in this cafe.
The interesting point is the Roasting machine, this shop has two of Fuji-royal DISCOVERY so sometime they using it at the same time. I have never see this type of roaster before, so it is quite interesting to see if you like the roasting machine.

今日は2016年2月21日に初めて伺ったコーヒー屋さんの紹介をします。
little islandさんは大阪の狭山市にあるカフェです。大阪狭山市駅から徒歩で行ける場所に位置し、近くには狭山湖もあります。
このお店ではスペシャルティコーヒーとエスプレッソ系のコーヒーを飲むことが出来ます。また、フードもあり、ケーキやクッキー、ランチなども頂くことが出来ます。
このお店の面白い点として、焙煎機があります。このお店では富士珈機のDISCOVERYを2台所有しており、時折2台同時に使用することもあるようです。同じ焙煎機を2台所有されているコーヒー屋さんも珍しいと思うので、是非一度伺ってみてはどうでしょうか？
