TIME TO HAVE A COFFEE BREAK! LET’S TALK OVER COFFEE!!
Hello everyone.
I served a cup of coffee at the small event where is my friend’s base on last weekend. We did BBQ, playing music and I served a coffee, no many people came the event however it was really fun time.

It was really nice to share the coffee which I like and try different flavor with different country, different degree of roasting or way of extraction of coffee.
One reason to do this blog “Talk over coffee” is share the coffee shop or coffee experience with other people. No matter what taste do you like, just want to help or share the condition of encountering with good coffee.

先週末の日曜日に友人の秘密基地のような場所で小さなイベントを行い、その場所で少しだけですがコーヒーを淹れていました。多くの人は来ませんでしたが、BBQや音楽をかけてゆっくりする中でコーヒーが飲め、とても楽しい時間となりました。
私の友人で写真撮影や動画編集がとてもうまい人がいます。その方に今回写真や動画を作って頂きましたので、動画もとてもかっこよく仕上がっていますので興味のある方は私のInstagramを見て頂ければと思います。もしくは直接彼のInstagramまで！
今回少人数でしたが、自分が好きなコーヒーをシェアしたり、原産国や焙煎度の違ったコーヒー豆や抽出方法を変えて味の違いを経験して頂くことが出来たかと思います。
このブログや”Talk over coffee”をやっている1つの理由としては、コーヒー店の情報シェア、私自身が知っているコーヒーに関する情報をシェアしていくことです。どのようなコーヒーの味が好きか嫌いかは関係ないんです。味覚は人それぞれ、好き嫌いは人それぞれありますからね。ただ、この内容を通してあなたが自分に合うコーヒーや好きなコーヒーに出会って頂ければ嬉しいです。
