TIME TO HAVE A COFFEE BREAK! LET’S TALK OVER COFFEE!!
Today, I will introduce the coffee shop where I have visited on 6th Feb 2016 first time.
SUNSHINE STATE ESPRESSO is located in Sumidaku in Tokyo. You can get there by walk from Kuramae station by Tokyo Metro Oedo line.
This shop is started from Traveling sales vehicle and after that they start the coffee shop at the current place. You can drink the Long Black which is coffee which is based on espresso and hot water. In Japan, pure over coffee is most popular but this Long Black is more popular than pour over in other countries. Currently, pour over coffee is increasing in other country if my understanding is correct.
About the roasting machine, they using the PROBAT which is 15kg. They started from small roasting machine and change to the DIEDRICH 2.5kg, after that they decide to change more bigger roasting machine. You can see the roasting machine inside the shop.

今日は2016年2月6日に初めて伺ったコーヒー屋さんの紹介をします。
SUNSHINE STATE ESPRESSOさんは東京の墨田区にあるコーヒー屋さんです。お店には都営大江戸線の蔵前駅から徒歩で行くことが出来ます。
このお店は最初は茨城県内で移動販売のカフェをされており、その後東京に現在のお店をオープンさせたとのことです。お店の人気商品はロングブラックで、これはエスプレッソにお湯を足した飲み物となり、海外ではとてもポピュラーなドリンクとなっております。日本ではドリップコーヒーが主流ですが、海外ではこちらのロングブラックの方を多く見受けます。現在では海外でもドリップコーヒーが増えており、プアオーバーという名前で注文すれば提供してくれるところもあります。
焙煎機に関しては、最初彼らは小型の焙煎機を使用していたとのことですが、現在ではPROBATの15kg窯を使用しております。PROBATの前はDIEDRICHの2.5kgだったようです。現在お店の中で焙煎機を見ることが出来るので、興味があるかたは是非。
