TIME TO HAVE A COFFEE BREAK! LET’S TALK OVER COFFEE!!
Today, I will introduce the shop where I have visited on 17th April 2016 first time when I went to Taiwan.
Tiger coffee is located in Taipei, Taiwan. You can get there by train. This shop is close from Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall so you can go this shop if you visit that Memorial Hall for sightseeing.
You can drink pour over coffee or espresso based drink with some sweets inside this shop.
I visited there first time and I did not know, this shop had kind of mascot cat. That cat was really really cute and friendly.
If you have an allergic or does not like a cat, better do not go this coffee shop. But if you like a cat, it is good opportunity to go this shop and take a coffee break with cute cat.
About roasting machine, they might use FUJIROYAL however I am not sure because I could not see the machine inside the shop. This shop owner doing youtube channel so if you interest or possible to understand the taiwanese, please check and let me know if you could get the roasting machine information.

今日は2016年4月17日に台湾に行った時に初めて伺ったお店の紹介をします。
Tiger coffeeさんは台湾の台北市にあるお店で、チャンカイ記念館(Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall)という観光地の近くにあるので、観光に行くついでに寄ってみるのはいかがでしょうか？
お店ではドリップコーヒーやエスプレッソ系のドリンクとスイーツなどを楽しむことができます。
ここには初めて伺ったため知らなかったのですが、マスコットのような人懐っこい猫がいました。
もし猫があまり好きではない、もしくは猫アレルギーがある方は注意してください。ただ、この猫はとても人懐っこくて可愛かったです！猫好きの方は是非可愛い猫と一緒にコーヒーを飲みながらゆっくりしてみてください。最高の癒しになります。
焙煎機に関しては、おそらくFUJIROYALを使用されているのですが、店舗内にはなかったため確認することができませんでした。お店のオーナーさんがYoutubeをされているため、もし興味があり台湾語がわかる方がいれば確認してみてください。焙煎機情報があれば教えて頂けると幸いです。
