TIME TO HAVE A COFFEE BREAK! LET’S TALK OVER COFFEE!!
Today, I will introduce the shop where I have visited on 17th April 2016 first time when I went to Taiwan.
GABEE is located in Taipei city, Taiwan. You can get there by train and around that Minsheng area you can find many coffee shop so it is nice to go if you want to coffee hunting in Taiwan.
This shop has many type of specialty coffee and espresso based drink with sweets. You may find the drink which you like and have a nice coffee break in that shop.
And it was my first time to see the “Handy brew coffee maker” which is originally from Taiwan and it is similar with “Clever dripper“.
Interesting point is they have different type of Espresso machine in one shop. I have never see that type of shop before until now. They had 3 machines so if you love to drink espresso, it is good opportunity to go GABEE once if you visit in Taiwan.
About Roasting machine, I am not sure where are they roasting and which machine are using. Please let me know if you know about this shop’s roasting.

今日は2016年4月17日に台湾に行った時に初めて伺ったお店の紹介をします。
GABEEさんは台湾の台北市内にあるお店です。このお店には電車で行くことができますし、このお店があるエリアは現在たくさんのカフェやコーヒー屋があり、コーヒーハンティングに行くにはもってこいの場所となっております。
このお店ではたくさんの種類のスペシャルティコーヒーを取り揃えており、またエスプレッソ系のドリンクは色々と選ぶことが出来ます。合わせてスイーツなどもありますので、ゆっくりとcoffee breakをすることが出来ます。
このお店で初めて「Handy brew coffee maker」というドリッパーを見ました。これはClever dripに似たドリッパーとなっており、台湾発祥のドリッパーだそうです。日本ではあまりお店などでは見かけないドリッパーですね。
もう一点このお店でとても面白いと思ったのが、違うメーカーのエスプレッソマシンが３台もあることです。一店舗に数種類のエスプレッソマシンがあるお店はこのお店以外で見た覚えがあまりないので、同じ豆を使ってもらい、違うマシンで淹れたエスプレッソを比べてみるのも面白いと思います。ですので、エスプレッソが好きな方は是非一度お店に行ってみてください。
焙煎に関しては自家焙煎なのか、他のお店の豆なのかわからなかったため、是非ご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら、教えていただけると嬉しいです。
