Today, I will introduce the place where I have visited on 29th Jun 2016 first time.
Green World COFFEE FARM is a coffee farm in Wahiawa, Hawai. You better rent a car to get there if you want to visit.
This place are serving “seed to cup” by themselves. So if you like to see the coffee tree, how to harvest, how to roast or other things for coffee, it is easy to see everything in this farm in Hawaii.
When I went to there, coffee cherry where still green and not the season to harvest yet. However, it was my first time to see the real coffee beans or tree, so I really excited to visit there.
Actually, I was there with my friend’s family and that boy was wearing so cute kids close which is made by LYRICHAWAII. That brands are creating really nice kids or baby close in Hawaii. Please check this brand if you like to see or thinking to give some gift to your family’s baby or friend’s baby!

About the Roasting machine, they are using DIEDRICH and it is inside there building so you can check and see if you like it. DIEDRICH is possible to choose machine color if you buy the brand new. If you are thinking to open coffee roaster and really need the own color roasting machine, maybe it is one chose to buy this brand.

今日は2016年6月29日に初めて伺ったお店の紹介をします。
Green World COFFEE FARMはハワイのオワフ島内、ワイハワにあるコーヒー農園です。アクセスはあまりよくないので、レンタカーなどを借りて行くのが良いと思います。
この農園では自家農園でコーヒーを栽培しているため、”seed to cup”が体験でき、コーヒーの木からコーヒーチェリーを収穫し、下処理を行って焙煎、そしてコーヒー飲料となるまでを見る事が出来ます。オワフ島内では数少ない見学できる農園のため、一度訪れて見るのも良いのではないでしょうか？
私が訪れた時期はまだコーヒーチェリーが緑色で成熟していない状態でしたが、初めてのコーヒー農園、初めて実際にコーヒーの木やチェリーを見る事が出来たため、とても良い経験となりました。
実はこの時、ハワイ在住の友人と共に訪れていたのですが、友人家族の子供が来ていたLYRICHAWAII等ブランドの服がとても可愛かったので少し紹介させて頂きます。
